Vertical Mailboxes

Florence vertical mailboxes are designed for centralized mail delivery in apartment communities. They may be recessed into the wall, or can be surface mounted. They are made of heavy-gauge aluminum, which makes them durable. Their striated trim and doors help prevent scratches. Florence vertical mailboxes are approved for use by the US Postal Service and are available in three to seven compartment models. The recessed mount vertical mailbox models are: 12503HA, 12504HA, 12505HA, 12506HA, 12507HA. The surface mount vertical mailbox models are: 12503SMSHA, 12504SMSHA, 12505SMSHA, 12506SMSHA, 12507SMSHA.

It’s important to note that vertical mailboxes can be used for postal delivery only when they replace older vertical mailboxes. Over the years, postal regulations have changed and these mailboxes are no longer approved for installation in new construction.

 Cluster Mailboxes

Florence's high security cluster box units are designed to help reduce break-ins and vandalism in high-crime areas. They are made of heavy gauge materials, including a sturdy steel compartment and a postal master lock, which allows the mail carrier to open and access the unit. The mailboxes are available in multiple configurations and they offer six architectural colors, and a decorative option for the cap and base. Cluster mailboxes come with a pedestal stand that is typically mounted in concrete. Cluster Mailboxes are also approved for private distribution applications. They can be used in apartment and multi-tenant buildings, office mailrooms, and centralized delivery systems. The available Cluster Mailbox models are: 1570-16, 1570-13, 1570-12, 1570-8, 1570-8T6, 1570-4T5.  Similar to cluster mailboxes are Outdoor Parcel lockers that come with key trapping locks can be used alone or with cluster mailbox installation to accommodate USPS-delivered packages in a secure locker.  Outdoor parcel lockers come with 2 or 4 parcel compartments.  Outdoor parcel locker models are: 1590-T1, 1590-T2.

 4C Mailboxes

Florence's standard 4C mailboxes are made of heavy gauge aluminum, which ensures durability and long-term tamper resistance. They can be mounted on the wall or other enclosure and are available as a stand-alone depot unit configuration. They are USPS approved, and meet ADA Fair Housing security standards. All standard 4C modules are designed to be recessed into their mounting with the most common installation directly into a wall.  Utilizing the surface-mount collar allows individual 4C modules to be installed flush onto a wall. Ideal for settings with limited wall depth or material that is difficult to cut in a rough opening - like brick or marble, the assembled collar provides a finished, sleek look. The 4C Depot cabinet is a free-standing installation option for the USPS Approved STD-4C wall-mounted mailboxes and parcel lockers. The 4C mailbox depot can be installed outside or inside and is designed to ensure the selected 4C module is installed in compliance with USPS regulations. 4C mailboxes are available in the following heights: Max Height (56.5”), 15 High (54.75”), 14 High (51.25”), 13 High (47.75”), 12 High (44.25”), 11 High (40.75”), 10 High (37.25”), ADA Max (37.25”), 9 High (33.75”), 8 High (30.25”), 7 High (26.75”), 6 High (23.25”).
