Freight Delivery Instructions

Please read the following directions to be followed upon delivery of your order.
These instructions will ensure delivery of your order is correct and complete.
If you have any questions when receiving your order please give us a call and we can walk you through the process.

1. I understand and agree once my shipment is off-loaded I will count the number of boxes. 
Note: Every 1570 model CBU comes in 2 boxes (1 large box with the unit and 1 smaller box with the pedestal)
I agree to check the number of boxes delivered. Were the correct number of boxes delivered?
- If No; I will notify the driver, note the bill of lading, and call US Post Co. immediately at 815-675-9313.
- If Yes; I will do as described in the next step.

2. I understand and agree once I determine the correct number of boxes were delivered, I will: walk around and inspect the cardboard boxes for damage. If the cardboard box is ripped or crushed I will check the content of the box.
- If there is damage to any of the products I agree to notify the driver, note the bill of lading, and call US Post Co. immediately at 815-675-9313.
- If there is no damage and all looks good I will do as described in the next step.

3. I understand and agree once everything looks correct I will sign for the shipment and my delivery will be considered complete.

4. I understand that freight deliveries differ greatly from standard UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. I agree it is  my responsibility to notify the driver of any damage to the product BEFORE signing for the shipment.
